Pro-SEG is a secure email gateway designed to protect organisational mail infrastructure against spam, phishing and malicious content. By combining multi-layer traffic analysis with machine learning-based classification, the system inspects all inbound and internal mail traffic in real time, ensuring that only verified, clean emails reach end users.

The system performs three parallel layers of inspection across every message. Initial verification screens each session through profile analysis, headline inspection, grey listing and DNSBL checks. Anti-spam analysis applies DKIM, DMARC and SPF authentication alongside machine learning models trained on organisational data. Anti-phishing inspection examines embedded links, page content, screenshots, DNS and SSL certificate data, and external service reputation sources including Alexa, Whois and PageRank. All message components — sender address, headers, attachments, web links, text, graphic content and QR codes — are subjected to full analysis before delivery.

Identified threats are automatically quarantined, while security events are forwarded to SIEM and SOAR platforms for incident response. Clean emails are delivered to users without delay. The system's machine learning engine supports over 15 languages and can be trained on an organisation's own data, improving detection accuracy over time across diverse communication environments.
